Gwydr Upholstery, established in 1931, is a locally run family business. Some of our staff have been with the company for over 50 years.
We pride ourselves on customer care with great focus on aftercare whether it is general fabric or specialist leather care.
We can re-upholster and manufacture all sorts of furniture, from tub chairs to corner suites. Supply and completely refit bars, restaurants, hotels and theatres.
One of our achievements was being asked to reupholster the Queens Cabin on the ship Pertrisher.
Our workmanship can be inspected at our showroom or workshop, or commercially throughout the many bars, restaurants, hotels and theatres in the UK.
As members of the association of master upholsterers we offer free written quotations (not estimates) and ensure all furniture is insured in transit and whilst at our workshop.
All upholsterers who work within Gwydr are experienced in all aspects of upholstery, including antiques, leather work and use of traditional fillings and padding.
